The Center for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language which is affiliated to the College of International Education of Jinzhou Medical University is mainly responsible for Chinese language teaching for international students, the promotion of foreign exchange and cooperation, the promotion of international Chinese language education and the wide spread of Chinese culture.
The Center consists of four offices; the Research & Teaching Office for Chinese Grammar, the Research & Teaching Office for Chinese Listening and Speaking Skills, the Research & Teaching Office for China Culture and the Research & Teaching Office for Medical Chinese. They are responsible for comprehensive Chinese, spoken Chinese and Chinese listening, China Panorama and Chinese culture and Medical Chinese courses respectively. At the same time, Jinzhou Medical University hosts an Internet-based test center for the HSK examination (Chinese proficiency test). The Center for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language is responsible for the application and implementation of the HSK examination and provides the relevant courses.
