DORMITORY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Registration Rules for Visitors

  1. Work-rest schedule for International Students Dormitory
    • The opening time of International Students Dormitory is from 6 am to 11 pm.
    • The visiting hours are from 2 pm to 8 pm.
  2. Registration Rules.
    • Visitors should show valid papers and fill out the registration form in details at the duty room.
    • The visitors accompanied by foreign teachers needn’t register, but the foreign teachers must guarantee that the visitors can comply with Management Regulation for International student’s dormitory.
    • Visitors should obey Management Regulation for International student’s dormitory.
    • No visitors are allowed to stay for the night, once discovered will be dealt with severely.
    • If the visitors need to stay for the night, please contact the manager of the apartment and then check in after being given the permission.
    • Sales force and people with nothing to do with the apartment are not allowed to enter.

Regulation for Public Kitchen

1. The public kitchen in international student dormitory is for all international students.

2. The kitchen’s opening time is from 6 am to 11 pm; please keep the kitchen open time.

3. Please take good care of all facilities in the kitchen, and use them fairly. Unauthorized dismantlement, refitting, damaging, or appropriation is prohibited. The violator has to compensate and be amerced.

4.In case of any breakdown of facility in the kitchen, please inform the Dormitory Management Center promptly. Artificial damaging should be compensated, and the violator amerced.

5.  Please maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen. After using facilities of the kitchen, please put away all personal belongings and clean up the leftover to avoid affecting others.

6. The students can’t leave during the using. And when finished, please take off the power, in order to avoid accident.

7. Please avoid any action would lead to obstruction in the drainage.

8. Economize on water and electricity.

Regulation for Public Laundry Room

1.  The public laundry room is to provide service to overseas’ students.

2. You are required to take good care of every public property in the laundry room. If the washing machines are damaged maliciously or because of your improper operation, you must pay for the damage.

3.  You can not occupy the washing machines for whole day. Wash your cloths and empty the machines immediately, so that, other students may use the machines after you.

4. You required cleaning the room and machine after using to keep them clean and tidy, otherwise, the laundry will be closed.

5. You should be alert to the electro-safety. It is forbidden to connect the electric wire at will and set off fire; to pile up inflammable and explosive things in the kitchen: papers, woodwork, and plastic. Any behavior that harms safety is forbidden.

6. You required to check and turn off all the switches in the laundry room when you finish washing and leave the room.

7.  If the machines in the laundry room get failure to function, please report it to the attendant on duty to be required.

8. Should anyone neglect the above-mentioned regulations and a damage is caused, he/she will take all the responsibility by himself/ herself and will have to pay for all the damage and will be given some punishment.

Regulation for Public Bathroom

1.  The bathroom is to provide service to overseas’ students.

2.  Save water, turn off the water when you leave; it is forbidden to wash cloth in the bathroom.

3. It is forbidden to lock the door inside bathroom to stop others going into.

4.  You should lock your things in the cabinet to avoid losing.

5.  All students must obey the public moral standards. Loud noise, romping acts are forbidden.

6.  Take good care of the public property. All students must follow the instruction to use the water heater, otherwise, pay for any of he broken things.

7.  Keep the bathroom clean; please take trash out of the bathroom by yourself.

Responsibility Agreement for Fire Prevention

1. It is forbidden to use not permitted electric heating equipment and other dangerous inflammable, explosive or virulent things in the dormitory: electric water heaters,electric cookers, electric  blankets, alcohol, alcohol heaters, gas stove, etc. Otherwise, these electric appliances will be confiscated.

2. It is forbidden to burn anything in the dormitory, smoke inside the rooms or launch fire crackers.

3. It is forbidden to charge up on the bedding, please charge up without leaving.

4. It is forbidden to connect the electric wire at will, change the power supply system, use broken plugs or sockets that are not suited for the specific electric appliance.

5. Check and turn off all the switches when leaving the room. Students leaving the dormitory for a long time for internship, travel or for other reasons should turn off their rooms’ electricity supply.

6. If the fuse is broken, please report it to the attendant on duty to be repaired.

7. It is forbidden to move the fire equipment and fire extinguishers to any other places.

8. Should anyone neglect the above-mentioned regulations and a fire is caused, he/she will take all the responsibility by himself /herself and will have to pay for all the damage and will be given some punishment. In severe cases those responsibility will be prosecuted by the judicial department.
